Booking terms

Arriving late or not showing up

You should contact the Rawng Sabya website if you wish to cancel your reservation (which is subject to cancellation) before the date of the reservation, but if your arrival is likely to be late for the check-in time or you cannot register on the day of your reservation, you must contact the accommodation directly and tell them. If you fail to check in to the Accommodation on the day of booking without informing them, the remainder of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the Accommodation's terms and conditions.

Change or cancel your reservation

Cancellation policy varies between properties. Some reservations are not subject to change or cancellation, some accommodations may charge a cancellation fee, while others offer a full refund. Please note that some reservations with certain rates or special offers are not eligible for change or cancellation. Some properties may also apply additional fees for early or late departures.

The Accommodation Change or Cancellation Policy is available on the Accommodation website information page or under “Reservation Conditions”, “Cancellation Policy” or similar, and in the booking confirmation email and booking receipt. We advise you to make sure and read the cancellation and no-show policy of the property before completing the booking process.

Regardless of the policy of changing or canceling the reservation of the accommodation, Rawnaq Sabya reserves the right to charge certain fees for changing or canceling the reservation, as indicated on the site. Please check the details of the terms and conditions of the property before making your reservation.

In the chalet/lounge

If some of the facilities that were booked at your request are not available upon your arrival at your accommodation, we advise you to file a complaint with the property management. However, Rawng Sabya does not promise or guarantee the availability of any of the facilities that you have previously requested.

You will notify all other persons on whose behalf you will make a reservation about the provisions used for your reservation, including all rules and restrictions applicable to them.
Not to make any fictitious or guesswork reservations or in anticipation of demand. It is possible for Rawng Sabya to cancel, without prior notice, all reservations to one or more destinations and on the same date.
Do not distort, change the front end of the appearance of the site or the main program.
Not to take any action that may cause any unbearable or disproportionate pressure to the site or its infrastructure.
It is your responsibility to comply with all of our special terms and conditions which include, but are not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and in compliance with all rules regarding availability of prices, products, or services, all fees.
Not to do anything that may damage, interfere with, interfere with access to or harm the availability of content on the Website, not to upload any files that carry computer viruses or any other code, or software designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Website or the Application.
Not to post, distribute or upload any defamatory, offensive, infringing, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racist, morally inappropriate or other unlawful content or information or send any unsolicited chain of mail, Spam or any other form of communication in large quantities.
Not to threaten, annoy, abuse, disrupt, or attack the rights of others, including their individual rights.
Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Site or any account of a member on the Site, or to impersonate any person or misrepresent the membership with another person

Not to upload or attach any files that contain any viruses, corrupted files, or any similar software or programs that may cause damage to the operation of another computer.
Do not make copyright scans, legal notices, or proprietary labels in any uploaded file.
Not to forge the origin or source of software or other materials contained in the downloaded file.
Not to advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or send surveys, contests or chain letters, or download any file published by another user, and it should be noted that it is not allowed to promote it in these ways legally.
Not to use this website and any of its contents for such purpose.
Not to access, monitor or copy any content or information from this website using any robot, spider, scraper or any other automated means or any manual process without our express written permission.
Not to violate the restrictions on the Site or to bypass or otherwise circumvent the breach of other measures used with the aim of preventing or restricting access to this Site

Compensation and limitation of liability

As a condition of using this Website, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any and all liabilities, losses, claims, expenses (including legal fees) and damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from claims arising from your use of this Website, including without limitation any Claims containing allegations that are true and constitute a breach by you of this Agreement.
